Get ready for some fun with a Smurfs’ party. Little kids love the Smurfs and many adults collect anything that has to do with Smurfs. If you are planning a Smurfs’ kid's party and know of someone that collects Smurfs consider asking them to help, they would probably love to lend a hand. Send out great Smurfy invitations in shades of blue of course and shaped like the Smurfs’ mushroom houses. The party colors are mainly blues, but add accents to have variety in the decorations. Get balloons in different shades of blue and flower balloons in various colors. Tie these to the backs of chairs and on the corners of tables. Continue the decorations by hanging streamers in pastel shades from the ceiling. Cut card stock into flower shapes and put them in bunches on the walls. Make cutouts of the Smurf Village complete with mushroom shaped houses and put them on the wall.
Print out pictures of the Smurfs, cut them out, glue to a cardboard background and stand them around the party area, against tables, chairs, lamps, etc... Party supplies can be special Smurf designs or plain blue cups and plates with pastel napkins. For party favors consider glow brackets, necklaces with hearts and flowers, coloring pages and crayons, and miniature Smurf figures.
