Party planning a rock star celebration is a fun task! You will be able to transform your drab home into a place where rock stars thrive and rock out! For this, your party planning should include a music source, instruments (real or inflatable), a stage, crafts supplies and a ton of creativity.
First, you will want to create your stage because every rock star needs a stage. You can make this as simple as a sheet for a backdrop of a certain area with decorations or you can go all out with putting plywood on top of concrete blocks and then decorate it up. Either way is fine and works just as good!
Next, you will need a source of music. You can either rent or buy a karaoke machine, or you can use a typical household radio. If you choose to use a karaoke machine, you will be able to have your guests sing along with songs and have the words available to them. If not, they are on their own (which sometimes makes it more fun!). Be sure to have a box of random clothes, boas, glamorous accessories, wigs and more to add a little flare to the performance. You can also choose to include real instruments or inflatable instruments for an extra added effect.
When your guests are done being a rock star for the night, send them home with a rock star party favor. The rock star party favor could be an inflatable guitar, a pair of cool shades or even a golden star- the choices are endless!
