Pool Volley Ball, diving for money, and Marco Polo are classic pool party activities. Put "Bright Your Own Towel and Bathing Suit" on the invitations but still have extra pool towels available. ALWAYS have a lifeguard to watch the kids and make sure ALL the kids are out of the pool when the lifeguard takes a break.
