A great homemade Oakland Raiders party banner idea is to create an oversized logo. This can be accomplished by using a few tools around the house or simply free handing the logo design. If artistic ability is not quite in the cards, cast a light from a flashlight onto a computer printout (that has been cut out) onto a large piece of white paper about 5 feet tall and 5 feet wide. Use a pencil to trace around the shadow to get the outline of the logo.

When it comes to the inside of the logo, text can replace where the raider head would be if it cannot be attained from a printer or decal. Simply writing in the word Raiders would be acceptable as well. Cut out the shield from the square white paper and then paint the whole thing black. The words can be written in white and then outlined in silver to add a little sparkle.
