KIDS BALLOON RELAY: Divide the kids into 2 or more equal teams and stand them in a line. Turn on the music and give each team a funny clown name. Give each team ten balloons in a basket and a clown nose. The first in each line takes a balloon and the clown nose and runs to the other side (wearing the clown nose) of the room/yard/area and sits or stomps on the balloon to pop it. After popping the balloon they run back to the line and hand the nose to the next person who does the same thing. The game goes on until one team has popped all of their balloons. The winning team gets a small prize (like a ribbon) while EVERYONE gets a small toy.
MAMA LOVES HER KID GAME: Each kid is asked to bring a baby picture of themselves. Upon arrival, the hostess takes the baby picture and arranges the picture onto a poster board. Under each picture, she assigns a number. Each guest gets a piece of paper and is told to match the childrens names with the corresponding baby picture. Example, Suzie is baby number 3....etc. Each guest puts down all of their guesses and the guest with the most correct matches wins! This is a good ice breaker game.
