G. I. Joe Party Planning
G. I. Joe Party Planning Guide
There are a lot of things you must consider with your G.I. Joe party planning. This guide is designed for children ages 7-12 years old. Most of these ideas would work for younger children except the game.
First, your G. I. Joe party decorations should include camouflage, green and brown. If you can, line your area with plenty of greenery so that your G. I. Joe’s can duck and hide! Include balloons, themed paper products, hats, and other G. I. Joe themed party decorations- the more the better!
For your hungry guests, have a G. I. Joe staple- beans and franks. Serve them in non-sharp cans with spoons to give a complete G. I. Joe effect. You can then serve drinks in canteens and if your guests are still hungry, serve finger foods and snacks.
Your main game should be something exciting and fully incorporating the action of G. I. Joe such as a Nerf G. I. Joe throw down. In this game, everyone will be equipped with a Nerf shooter and soft Nerf balls for throwing. Each player will start in a position hiding behind an item. Every time they hear a whistle, they switch positions. As they switch positions, they can try and hit another G. I. Joe. The last G. I. Joe in the game wins.
At the end of the party, be sure to give your G. I. Joe’s a goody bag for coming. You can include stickers, plastic G. I. Joe toys, candy and more. |
