Homemade Baltimore Ravens Party Banners

Creating a Baltimore Ravens homemade banner is fun and easy. By utilizing only a few painting supplies and themed party supplies, a banner can be made with little or no cost, depending on how many of the items are already attained.

A fun way to make a banner is by using construction paper. The colors of the Baltimore Ravens are black, white, purple and gold. Choose which two colors to use on the background as alternating colors. It is best to use either two of the lighter colors together or two of the darker colors together. In this example, the construction paper will be purple and black. Using the darker colors as the background color will allow the Baltimore Ravens handmade banner message to be written in a lighter color.

Start by laying out the black and purple construction paper in a checkerboard layout. Make the banner as wide and as long as needed. Once the construction paper is laid out, run a glue stick on adjoining edges and glue them together. Be sure to liberally use the glue stick so that they stick well.

After the glue is dried, use white or gold paint and paint a message on the banner. This is a DIY homemade Baltimore Ravens banner so it can say whatever the creator wants it to say!
